The free estimator stores nothing
You can use the trip estimator without an account. Trip screenshots you upload are sent to our extraction service, read once to pull out schedule data (dates, flights, block time, TAFB), and discarded. Neither the images nor the extracted schedule data are saved for anonymous users. Your in-progress trip lives only in your browser's session storage and is gone when you close the tab.
Pro accounts
If you sign in (Google sign-in), we store your email address and the things you deliberately save: your pay rates and settings, saved trips, and your net-pay deduction profile. This data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and is accessible only to your account. Pay-stub photos used for calibration are read once to transcribe the printed amounts and are never stored.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we store only your subscription status and Stripe's reference IDs so the app knows your account is active.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the app is used (pages visited, interactions) so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your information with airlines, unions, or employers.
Deleting your data
You can delete saved trips at any time in the app. Account deletion removes your profile, settings, and saved trips. Pro access is currently a limited beta, and deletion requests from beta members are handled directly; a public support contact is coming soon.
