FA Trip Pay Calc provides estimates and tracking tools for informational purposes only. Airline pay rules vary by employer, contract, position, base, status, trip type, premium rules, and applicable law. The app does not calculate premium pay, holiday pay, junior assignment pay, critical pay, reassignment pay, cancellation pay, or airline-specific contractual rules. It does not replace official payroll records, union contracts, tax advice, legal advice, or employer guidance. Always verify final compensation with your employer, payroll documents, contract, and a tax professional.
Independence
FA Trip Pay Calc is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline, union, or government agency.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial pay estimation and tracking. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use the service to violate any law or agreement that applies to you.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates may be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's estimates.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that starts with a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the period you've paid for. Prices may change with notice; founding beta members keep the access they were granted.
Changes
Features may change. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
